Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and bet365ee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://bet365ee.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality provided therein.

bet365ee is an English-language sports betting and online casino information platform serving Malaysian adults. The Platform is intended exclusively for users who are 21 years of age or older. Definitions

• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, cashback amounts, migration bonuses or other non-cash incentives credited to a User Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total eligible turnover a User must generate before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the User using an accepted payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required before withdrawal or as otherwise requested by the Platform.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session reminders and self-exclusion options accessible through account settings or support.

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the bet365ee Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. Any account found to be in breach of these conditions may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or to participate in any real-money betting or casino activity on the Platform. bet365ee enforces the 21+ minimum as standard practice in line with internationally licensed gambling operations. Age verification documents may be requested at any stage. If verification reveals that a User is under the required age, all funds — including any winnings — may be withheld and the account will be closed.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is accessible to users in Malaysia on an informational basis. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in their specific location. bet365ee does not guarantee legal access in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a User's failure to comply with local law.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold a single bet365ee Account at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspended account, claim duplicate bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Personal Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration, KYC verification or account updates must be accurate, current and complete. You must notify bet365ee promptly of any changes to your contact details. The Platform accepts no liability arising from inaccurate information supplied by the User.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and can access.
• You must not register using another person's identity or payment method.
• You must be acting as a private individual, not as a business or agent.
• You must not be a current employee or close family member of a bet365ee operator entity.

Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bet365ee will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots or software to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities.
• Using proceeds of unlawful activity to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback abuse or payment manipulation.
• Providing false identification or verification documents.

4.3 Account Currency

bet365ee displays balances and payment ranges in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the MYR-equivalent value will be calculated at the rate prevailing at the time the transaction is processed. Exchange rate movements are the User's responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet365ee supports a range of payment methods relevant to the Malaysian market, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). Availability of specific methods may change without advance notice due to third-party provider conditions.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment source held in the User's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit ranges are displayed within the account cashier and are subject to change. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of funds at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used by the User for deposits, where technically possible. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may require 1–5 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times which are outside the Platform's control.

5.4 Payment Processing Fees

bet365ee does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the User and deducted at network level. The Platform accepts no liability for third-party fees.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All eligible games hosted on the Platform are expected to use independently tested random number generation (RNG) or live-dealer processes that comply with the standards set by the applicable licensing authority. Historical results do not influence future outcomes. bet365ee provides no guarantee of any particular return, win rate or outcome for any game or bet.

6.2 Betting Confirmation

A bet or wager is confirmed only upon the Platform's issuance of an explicit confirmation reference. Technical failures during the placement process do not constitute a binding bet. It is the User's responsibility to verify that wagers have been accepted before treating them as active.

6.3 Voided Bets

bet365ee reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using manifestly incorrect odds, on a suspended market, or in circumstances where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, match manipulation or system error. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the Real Money Balance.

6.4 Sports Betting Markets

Markets are available for selected events including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC events and other international competitions. Market availability and odds are not guaranteed to remain open at any specific time. Live in-play markets may be suspended without notice during critical periods of an event.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers and migration incentives are subject to specific terms published at the time of offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must typically satisfy a stated wagering requirement before they or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time limit will be specified within each promotion. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bet365ee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, duplicate account claims and unusual wagering patterns. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses removed, winnings voided and account access restricted or terminated.

7.4 Crypto Deposit Bonus

Where a cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688 at a 2% rate, as referenced on the Platform) is offered, it applies to eligible first-time or specific qualifying deposits in supported coins only. The MYR-equivalent amount is calculated at the time of deposit. Wagering conditions, minimum deposit amounts and claim limits apply and are disclosed within the specific promotion.

7.5 Migration Bonus

A migration bonus of up to MYR 588 may be available to users switching from another platform who provide acceptable evidence of a previous verified tier. Eligibility, tier-matching rules and the bonus claim process are set out in the migration programme terms available from support. bet365ee does not name, reference or disparage any specific competitor platform in connection with this programme.

Responsible Gambling

bet365ee takes its obligations regarding responsible gambling seriously. Users are encouraged to treat the Platform as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their disposable income rather than expectations of profit.

• Deposit limits, session time controls and cooling-off periods can be requested through account settings or by contacting support.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent the User from accessing their account for the duration specified.
• bet365ee applies the 21+ age restriction universally and will close accounts confirmed to belong to underage users.
• Users who believe their gambling has become problematic are encouraged to seek assistance from independent support organisations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bet365ee Platform — including but not limited to text, design, layout, graphics, code structure, navigation elements, page copy and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bet365ee or its respective licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, scraped, framed or otherwise used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit downloading, copying or adapting any materials for redistribution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet365ee and its associated entities, officers, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, including betting history or account records, resulting from system failure.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity, including losses attributable to bets placed on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC or any other event.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party providers including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet or cryptocurrency networks.
• Decisions made by the User based on information presented on the Platform, including odds, promotional offers or payment processing estimates.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

bet365ee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• The Account has been used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive or unlawful.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a reputational, financial or regulatory risk to the Platform.
• The User has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the responsible gambling programme.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to the User's breach of these Terms, bet365ee reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and, where fraud is established, to withhold Real Money Balances pending investigation. Real Money Balances not implicated in fraud will be returned to the User's verified payment method following a reasonable review period.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is incorporated. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to Malaysian users under applicable local legislation.

Users agree that any dispute shall first be submitted to bet365ee support for attempted resolution before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The Platform will endeavour to resolve account-related disputes within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of a formal written complaint.

Amendments to These Terms

bet365ee may update, revise or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users through account messaging or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
